Don’t Let an Auto Accident Define Your Future

While we all hope to avoid them, automobile and trucking accidents are an unfortunate reality for many. Even a seemingly minor fender bender can have significant, lasting consequences. What you do in the moments and days following a collision can profoundly impact the outcome of any future claim.

At Wilson & Englebardt, LLC, we understand the complexities of auto accident cases. We’ll provide you with clear, practical advice on how to proceed immediately after an auto accident to help you avoid common pitfalls that could jeopardize the value of your case.

Why Experience Matters in Your Legal Representation

Choosing a lawyer shouldn’t be based on a flashy TV ad or a billboard. Insurance companies often benefit when you select inexperienced counsel. Instead, prioritize a legal team with a proven track record and the ability to offer sound, strategic advice. Your choice of attorney can make all the difference.

Understanding the True Impact of Your Injuries

The full extent of injuries from an automobile collision often isn’t immediately apparent. Symptoms can take weeks or even months to fully manifest. That’s why accepting a quick settlement shortly after an accident is rarely advisable.

Wilson & Englebardt, LLC is committed to maximizing the value of your case. We’ll work tirelessly to ensure you receive the compensation you deserve, understanding that your best interests are our best interests.

Understanding Our Fees for Personal Injury Cases

We believe in clear and transparent fee structures, especially when you’re dealing with the aftermath of a personal injury, such as an automobile accident. For these types of cases, our fees are contingent on the stage at which your case is resolved, reflecting the increasing time and resources required as the case progresses.

Here’s a breakdown of our graduated fee schedule:

  • Pre-Litigation Settlement: If your case settles before a lawsuit is filed with the court, our fee is 25% of the gross recovery, plus any associated costs.
  • Settlement After Lawsuit, Before Mediation: If a Complaint is filed but your case settles at any time prior to the completion of mediation, our fee is 30% of the gross recovery, plus costs.
  • Settlement at or After Mediation/Trial: If your case does not settle before or as a result of mediation, or proceeds to trial, our fee is 35% of the gross recovery, plus costs.

This graduated fee schedule ensures that our compensation aligns with the increasing effort and investment required to achieve the best possible outcome for your case. We’re committed to maximizing your recovery while being upfront about the financial aspects of our representation.

Please let us know if you have any questions about our unique fee structure or how it might apply to your specific situation.
